Change of strategy for Meta which will allow Facebook and Instagram subscribers in some countries to post content against the Russian army that invaded Ukraine. Posts calling for the killing of invaders and their leaders will be allowed in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine.
