BERLIN – On the eve of his departure for Davos where the Polish premier will participate in the World Economic Forum Mateusz Morawiecki does not hide in this exclusive interview with Republic his doubts about the Italian proposal to start talks to achieve peace in Ukraine. Every attempt, he argues, has so far led to “humiliation”. Putin will not stop, “as Hitler did not stop in Austria, Czechoslovakia and Poland”.
