(LaPresse) King Charles he spent the night at home after starting cancer treatment. The BBC reports it. Buckingham Palace announced that the 75-year-old British monarch has been diagnosed with the disease identified during his recent hospital treatment for a benign enlargement of the prostate. The type of tumor diagnosed by the king was not specified, and he was advised to postpone public commitments. King Charles will however continue to carry out state duties and weekly meetings with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will continue. According to the BBC, Prince William will cover some commitments on his behalf. Prince Harry has spoken to his father and is expected to return to London from the United States in the next few days.
