Waltherzøe resigned from the Industrial and Business Party (INP) on Thursday last week. The party has recently been characterized by strife in the leadership.

Last autumn, INP representatives were given seats in municipal councils in several places in the country.
Waltherzøe’s goal is now that the new party can contest the general election in 2025.
