“To be honest my thoughts for Patrick are one of hope, but also mixed with despair. I begin to think that Patrick is hostage to a political situation between the Italian and Egyptian states and it is as if nothing he has done or will do will affect never this situation, but that everything depends only on a political decision of both governments.
