Warming up is stretching that is done starting from the upper body downwards.
Warming up aims to prepare the muscles to do heavier work to avoid cramps or other muscle injuries.
Tamzil said “warming up movements before carrying out sports activities can maintain health and safety from minor incidents that can occur during sports, such as muscle injuries, sprains, sprains, etc.”
Warming up before exercising is a very important thing to do, but quite a few people often ignore it.
