A 4-2 victory over Sparta Rotterdam secured a 25th Dutch Championship title for PSV Eindhovenending a six-year wait for the championship trophy.

Two Brazilians are part of PSV’s current champion squad. Defender André Ramalho, who was born in Brazil but also has Italian nationality, and left-back Mauro Júnior.

In the history of the Dutch Championship, the biggest winner remains Ajax, which has 36 titles. Feyenoord, champions last season, are behind PSV, with 16 national victories.
