Who put onions here?! Seriously, this episode of Queen of Tears will make you cry so badly for so many reasons.

Continuing the surprising ending of episode 9 of Queen of Tears, Yoon Eun Seong (Park Sung Hoon) finally found out that Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won) was fleeing to Yongdu-ri. Of course, after getting the news, he came to see Hong Hae In. Meanwhile, Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun) was not there because he was taking care of other things.
Hae In was really shocked when she faced Eun Seong. They had an argument before finally Eun Seong made an offer to Hong Hae In. He was given two days to think and after his decision was final, Hong Hae In just had to come to Seoul to return to his post at Queens.
On the other hand, Hong Hae In’s illness seems to be getting worse. After the ‘dark’ episode he experienced in episode 9, Hong Hae In felt there was something strange about his illness. Medication and white blood cell injections no longer help. While calling the doctor for a consultation, Baek Hyun Woo’s mother accidentally overheard the conversation and found out that Hae In was sick.
Baek Hyun Woo then was honest with his mother in tears. The fate of her (former) daughter-in-law also made Hyun Woo’s mother really sad. He cried thinking about Hae In’s truly unfortunate fate.
On the other hand, Soo Cheol (Kwak Dong Yeon) also gets a very important portion of the story. Her affection for Geon Woo is unstoppable and now she really misses her son. To the point that when he found a way to contact Da Hye (Lee Joo Bin), the first thing he did was tell his wife about Geon Woo’s immunization and the song Baby Shark.
There is a flashback when Soo Cheol accompanies Geon Woo with immunization which makes the heart and eyes warm. It wasn’t the child who was crying, but the father. Ouch!
The tears didn’t just stop there. At the end, another plot twist occurred. The stubborn Hong Hae In tries to save himself and his family. He had thought of a way that was completely unexpected by both Yoon Eun Seong and Baek Hyun Woo.
