Pies have graced our tables for centuries. That’s how they are today, not only very easy to prepare, but also part of our people’s favorite dish.

There is no “right” pie recipe, because the possibilities of how you make them are really open, but that’s why housewives became more and more inventive over time and created recipes for everyone. This pie with yogurt that we are making today is very simple and will take just over 10 minutes to bake.
Therefore, roll up your sleeves and get ready to delight your family with a wonderful breakfast.
Ingredients for yogurt pie:
pie crust packaging
3 eggs
500 ml of yogurt
sour water
1 dcl of oil or half a coffee cup
so
cheese as desired
Preparation of yogurt pie:
Break the eggs into a bowl and add yogurt, oil and a little sour water, just to “break” the thickness of the mixture.
Mix it all and if you want, crush it and add cheese. If you want to make the pie with cheese, we recommend that it be slightly saltier and older cheese.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
While the oven is heating, coat the baking sheet with oil. You can immediately start arranging the pie in the pan itself or, if you want to roll it, you can do it later.
Take out two crusts and place them on top of each other.
Spread the mixture, then fold again with two crusts. Repeat this procedure and fold the pie with two crusts to finish.
If desired, you can roll up the pie, then transfer it to the baking sheet.
Bake the pie at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. If necessary, reduce the power of the oven.
