Focaccia is a famous Italian bread made from airy dough, decorated with herbs, tomatoes or olives. We suggest you also try this simple recipe for mini focaccia, for which you only need two ingredients. You can’t buy self-raising flour here, but you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients:

125 g of self-raising flour
150 ml of Greek yogurt

How to prepare focaccia

Mix yogurt and flour in a bowl, then mix well with a spoon.

Scoop out the dough with a spoon and pour it into an oiled muffin tin (just to cover the bottom), then make holes in the dough with your oiled fingers. Arrange fresh rosemary.

Bake the mini focaccia in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
