Those registered in the Caixa Econômica Federal Competition have until this Friday (5) to pay the competition registration fee. The cost to participate is R$50 for secondary level and R$65 for higher level.

Starting salaries range from R$3,762 to R$14,915, depending on the profile of the vacancy. There are opportunities for secondary and higher education.

Caixa 2024 Competition Calendar

  • Registrations: February 29th to March 25th, until 4pm
  • Carrying out the tests (first and second stages): May 26th.
  • Disclosure of results: from August
  • Deadline for calling those approved: The competition will be valid for one year, extendable for another year. The call for candidates will take place within this period.

How much is the registration fee for the Caixa competition?

Registration fees will be R$50 for mid-level positions and R$65 for higher-level positions.

Until when can the exemption be requested in the Caixa competition?

The period for requests for exemption from payment of fees ended on the 7th of this month.

Vacancies for the Caixa competition

Most of the vacancies are for high school students, and the competition will have quotas for disabled people (6%) and black people (20%).

See below the number of jobs that will be opened, including reserve registration, and the starting salaries:

  • New banking technician: 2 thousand vacancies. Starting salary of R$3,762, for a six-hour workday, totaling 30 hours per week.

In addition to the salary, those approved will be entitled to the following benefits:

  • food and meal allowance – R$1,014.42;
  • food basket assistance – R$799.38;
  • 13th food basket – R$799.38;
  • daycare/nanny assistance – R$602.81;

  • All candidates will be assessed, in the first stage, by objective proof of basic and specific knowledge.

  • Specific Knowledge: Banking Knowledge (15), Information and Communication Technology Knowledge (5), Digital Knowledge and Behaviors (5), Banking Service (10).

  • It will have 70 multiple choice questions, 30 on basic knowledge and 40 on specific knowledge.
  • Basic Knowledge: Portuguese Language (10), English Language (5), Digital Knowledge and Behaviors (5), Ethical Behaviors and Compliance (5), Notions of Probability and Statistics (5).
  • Specific Knowledge: Health and Safety at Work (40).
