Sporting de Tomar did not go beyond a 2-2 draw against Tríssino, in a match on the fourth round of Series C of the Roller Hockey Champions League. It was not the result that the ‘lions’ needed as they remain in third place, outside the qualifying group for the round of 16 of the competition. The current Italian champions were in advantage twice but the Nabantines never let up and managed to cancel out that difference. It was a shame that it didn’t achieve more than equality. Now, in the next round, Sporting de Tomar must achieve at least an identical result to Tríssino so that, in the last round, they still have hopes of being in one of the top two positions.
