BERLIN – New clash between the national governments of theEuropean Union – once again an executive from the East of EU and NATO – and the judicial bodies of the Union. It is not a tough confrontation like the one between Brussels and Poland, which was hit by the infringement procedure, but it still creates one more problem. The story in question concerns the Romania, the most populous and economically and militarily important Balkan country, member of the EU and the Atlantic Alliance, usually sided with much more pro-European positions than those of several central European governments defined as sovereigns.
