Cristiano Ronaldo managed to lead Al Nassr when beating Al Khaleej 1-0 in the Saudi Arabian League match at the Prince Mohamed bin Fahd Stadium, Sunday (28/4) early morning WIB.
In the seventh minute Al Khaleej was actually able to score a goal through Mohamed Sherif’s shot. However, Sherif’s goal was disallowed because the player was caught offside first.
In the 10th minute, Cristiano Ronaldo had an open opportunity, but CR7 was caught offside first.

In the 15th minute Ronaldo was actually able to score a goal but it was disallowed for offside.
The referee had time to communicate with the VAR referee, but still disallowed Ronaldo’s goal. CR7 also looked annoyed that his goal was disallowed.
In the 21st minute, Ronaldo managed to steal the ball from the feet of an Al Khaleej defender and then fired a shot from inside the opponent’s penalty box. However, Ronaldo’s shot was still blocked by the opposing goalkeeper.
In the 68th minute, Al Nassr was finally able to break the deadlock through Aymeric Laporte’s header. The goal was created thanks to Marcelo Brozovic’s assist via a free kick.
Until the second half of the match ended the score did not change. Al Nassr wins over Al Khaleej.
This victory keeps Al Nassr in second place in the Saudi Arabian League standings with 71 points from 29 matches played.
Meanwhile, this defeat means Al Khaleej remains in 11th position in the Saudi Arabian League standings with 35 points.
