And teammate Ole Selnæs suggests a new move to keep the quote machine in check.

– I heard rumors about it in the dressing room that there were some messages. Rosenborg captain Markus Henriksen pulls on a smile when VG asks if he has caught on to the plan:

– Once again, I would like to think that Sæter is a nice man for you in the media. He offers himself, but he doesn’t always think twice. And that statement there is a sign of that.
And that is precisely why Selnæs believes that Rosenborg must consider drastic measures.
– If not, there will be quotes like that and perhaps something even worse. He simply needs to cool his head down a bit.
– Those who do not know him may wonder if he is trying to be a “profile” or if he is just like that?
– No, he’s like that, Selnæs replies matter-of-factly.
The laughter makes him stop for a second, before he continues:
– He is himself, yes. He is no different in the media than usual. He is “one of a kind”. It’s good that someone is like him, but it’s also good that they’re not at is like him. It had been tiring in the dressing room.

Nor could Erlend Dahl Reitan do anything but laugh at Rosenborg’s quote machine.
– I think that it is an evening that Ole gets to drive alone. I’m not going to take part in it, says Reitan to VG.
– Can there be too many Ole Sæter among them?
– Others can answer that. I think it’s funny, but it seems like he intends to take it to new heights this year.
When asked if the quote is within, Sæter himself answers:
– It depends on whether you are over 16 or not. Underneath it certainly isn’t. If anyone found it offensive, I apologize for that. But that’s how I am, he says to VG.
