Ruby ter trial, the analysis of Berlusconi’s accounts: 3 million to the nurse who treated his mother

Three million euros to thank the nurse who took care of the mother, who died in February 2008. This is what Silvio Berlusconi paid that year to the woman, as emerges from the analysis of the current accounts, between January 2006 and December 2016, the former premier analyzed by the defense consultant the professor and accountant Andrea Perini, heard today as a witness in the trial on the Ruby ter case.

A consultancy, made up of tables and graphs illustrated in the bunker classroom of Ucelli di Nemi in Ponte Lambro, to show, as explained by the consultant who answered the questions of the lawyer Federico Cecconi, the “picture of general generosity” of the Forza leader Italy. A generosity – according to the defensive thesis – that Berlusconi also manifested with the 4.1 million “liberality” he gave to the girls who took part in the Arcore evenings and now accused in the Ruby ter for corruption in judicial acts and perjury. But as well as the approximately 8.8 million euro “to third parties”, ie other people, including “one million euro” which went to the TV presenter Marco Columbro. Or the “30 thousand euro reclaimed” to Alberto Torregiani, son of the jeweler killed in ’79 by Cesare Battisti’s ‘Pac’.

And again, again in those eleven years, the former prime minister also gave about 5.5 million to “associations, organizations, political and religious organizations”. The consultant also clarified that the personal accounts of the FI leader, and in particular one, recorded incoming movements, again between 2006 and 2016, for an “order of magnitude of 2.5 billion euros, revenue that they come from various companies and holding companies “.

The consultant, who has already worked for the defense of Berlusconi in the trials on the Mediaset and Mills cases, illustrated the “total donations” for a total of about 18.5 million euros, which went to the defendants, third parties and entities and associations. And he clarified, for example, that of the 4.151 million euros that went to the accused and “divided among each beneficiary”, approximately 3.152 million, came with “non-interest bearing loans” and “donations”, while the rest with “payments for other utilities such as the cars “or” rents “. And he pointed out that from January 1, 2006 to November 2011, and therefore before the girls formally became witnesses in the trials on the Ruby case, they received “1.9 million donations”, including for example the 415 thousand euros to Raissa Skorkina .

And, according to the defense counsel, they “received higher sums in that period of time than the next”, that is, when they were witnesses and would have told the falsehood. Furthermore, the consultant also highlighted the other transfers to non-accused persons, including other women (even from 10 thousand euros), including Adriana Verdirosi and Carolina Marconi, the showgirl who testified in the last hearing always for the defense of Knight. “There are – added the consultant – beneficiaries who are not accused and who have received periodic transfers on a monthly basis from 2 thousand to 3 thousand euros, as well as the accused”.

In the cross-examination, the adjunct Tiziana Siciliano asked the consultant if he could rule out the fact that Berlusconi “could have foreign accounts”. And Perini replied: “I can’t rule it out, I have analyzed these accounts.” And again the prosecutor: “And if there had been a foreign-to-foreign payment in favor of Karima El Mahroug, this is not analyzed, therefore, in the consultancy”.
