In the Crocus City Hall near Moscow, several attackers shot at concert-goers on Friday evening, killing at least 115 people. At the same time, a major fire broke out on the roof of the concert building. According to Russian information, four suspects have now been arrested. The terrorist militia IS has claimed responsibility for the attack.
