(LaPresse) The Russian army struck a nine-story building in Odessa with drones, in southern Ukraine, gutting it. The toll from the attack is at least two dead and seven injured, including a three-year-old child. Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenk reported this on Telegram. Seven other people are missing. The Ukrainian agency UNIAN also reported drone attacks on Kharkiv.
