METRO SULTENG-A place in the DFB Pokal semifinals will be at stake on Wednesday local time or early Thursday WIB when Saarbrucken and Borussia Monchengladbach face off at the Ludwigsparkstadion.

Gerardo Seoane’s side have now gone three games in a row without a win, picking up one point from a possible nine in the league, where they are currently 13th in the standings, six points above the danger zone.
Monchengladbach will now look to find their footing in the DFB Pokal, where they enjoyed a fine run to the quarter-finals, scoring 11 goals and conceding just once in their three games so far.

Saarbrucken’s only win in that time was in November 1992, when they beat Seoane’s men 5-2 in the Bundesliga, while the points were only shared once.
Monchengladbach have failed to win their last seven away games, losing five and claiming two draws since September’s 3-1 win at Bochum.
