saved thanks to Ruby, his dog – Corriere TV

(LaPresse) Saved from certain death thanks to the promptness of his dog. It happened in East Bay Township, Michigan, where a 65-year-old fell into Lake Arbutus, frozen due to the low temperatures, while he was walking his dog Ruby. It was the latter, in fact, who helped the rescuers by bringing the man the necessary equipment to save him. The scene was filmed by officer Kammeron Bennetts’ bodycam. In the images, Ruby can be seen bringing a rope to her owner with a rescue disk attached to the end. Immediately afterwards the officers managed to drag the man onto the ice and save him.
