At present, the Shenzhen Center for Disease Control and Prevention has completed the whole genome sequencing of the new crown virus for cases 1-16, and the sequencing results are all Omicron variants (BA. 1 branch of evolution). Resampling of cases 6 and 13 was sequenced, and the sequence of the new crown virus in cases 1-16 was highly homologous, suggesting that it was the same transmission chain.

At present, the risk of the epidemic is generally controllable. Since key groups such as close contacts are still under medical observation, the possibility of sporadic cases in the future cannot be ruled out.
