III / A look at the good results:
It is obviously positive! We are convinced that a group that works regularly and seriously is capable of pushing back mountains and obtaining good results. These results are positive in terms of message, when you are a coach you are the bearer of a message. Through the results, the players believe in us and that is extremely important for us.
IV / The objectives and ambitions for this end of the season:
With Marcelo we have several objectives:
Short term goal: Build a competitive team for the weekend and show up to every game to win it!
Medium-term objective: Aim for the finals and promote! Today we can say it without problem, we have a contingent which is very balanced.
As a coach and a boy from the Lausanne region, I would like to develop this group each season, try to make each player progress individually, allow certain players to train with the first team or even be called up during matches. .
I would like this reserve team to be made up of players trained at the club, to have a guideline that we must give to the youth coaches who do a huge amount of work upstream. My desire is to reward the work of these coaches.
