The National Civil Police (PNC) carried out a successful operation this afternoon to apprehend Francisco Andrés Villavicencio, also known as “Tiro Street”, a notorious terrorist affiliated with the 18R gang. Villavicencio was considered one of the most dangerous criminals in Apopa and was found hiding in a Marsella residential home in San Juan Opico.

During the operation, the police seized two firearms which will undergo technical analysis to determine if they were used in any criminal activities. The PNC’s Special Forces were instrumental in the capture of Villavicencio, and the authorities are now working to gather more information about his criminal activities.

The PNC took to Twitter to announce the successful operation, highlighting the arrest of the wanted criminal. The community of Apopa can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing that one of their most dangerous threats has been taken off the streets.

This marks a significant victory for law enforcement in El Salvador, as they continue their efforts to tackle gang-related crime and ensure the safety of the country’s residents.
