Actress Gina Carano compared the political environment in the United States to Nazi Germany and was fired. Now she and Elon Musk are teaming up against Disney.

Former MMA fighter Gina Carano is suing Disney and Lucasfilm, three years after she was fired from the popular Star Wars series The Mandalorian.
This is reported by several American media, including Deadline.
In the lawsuit, Carano claims that she was wrongfully fired because of her political opinions, and that she was subjected to harassment and discrimination by Disney. She also believes that male actors in the Star Wars universe were not punished in the same way for political statements, writes Deadline.
Tesla owner Elon Musk is paying her legal costs.

Carano was fired from The Mandalorian in February 2021, after she compared the political climate in the United States to Nazi Germany. The lawsuit also states that Disney allegedly tried to force her to attend a meeting with 45 LGBT employees to prove that she had changed her mind.
Through the lawsuit, Carano hopes to regain his role in The Mandalorian, as well as roles in upcoming Star Wars projects. She is also demanding compensation for lost income.
