Working as a team means knowing how to be part of a whole and feeling part of it, it means having humility, tolerance, emotional intelligence and companionship because no one is anything alone and achieving success with a collective effort is much more pleasurable.
In these years together, we realized our difficulties and imperfections, where we need to improve and everything we need to hear, say and do, even though they are difficult things.
In our management, together, we achieved many objectives, gained rights and were recognized at national and state level. Together, because we are a team committed not only to our obligations that allow us to survive, but to the growth of our city.
We still have a lot to achieve, because our dreams are renewed every day. Be sure of our commitment to each one of you who make our Sumé a city that inspires respect and welcome.
On this Labor Day, we want to be grateful for the opportunity to experience everything together, working and building an increasingly better city to live in.
