Temenos: Petrus Advisers calls for interim boss Andreas Andreades to resign

The short seller Hindenburg Research is receiving support from Petrus Advisers in its attack on the Swiss banking software provider Temenos. The activist investor renewed his call for the immediate dismissal of company boss Andreas Andreades on Friday. “We fully agree with Hindenburg that Andreas Andreades must finally leave Temenos, but we think fewer words are needed to express this,” Petrus Advisers said in a letter. “Most of the points alleged by Hindenburg are based on hearsay from former and disgruntled Temenos executives.”
