Earth They begin to prepare the ground for what will become their new album. It will be an album that, under the name of “Grows up”, will include ten unreleased songs through which they invite you to accompany them on a global musical journey. The Galician duo, known for hiding behind traditional Maceda masks, is accompanied in this new adventure by a cast of collaborators on vocals, lyrics or music. All in order to fuse their own style with sounds located in different areas of the world, with the ultimate goal of embracing dance.
The first example we know of is “Sandalwood”a single in which they combine their talent with that of Mu Mbana, Guinean singer, poet and composer. A union that arises after a first contact in Portugal, after which this song sung in different languages arrived. “Sandalwood” is a song to the search for beauty, a song with marked Afro aromas in which the beauty and purity of life is celebrated, all through metaphors related to the perfume of sandalwood.
