The coal-fired power plant that stood on the Trenton Canal in Michigan and provided energy to the state for more than 100 years was demolished in a series of planned implosions. It had been closed for about a year, also to avoid air pollution and for the transition to green energy. In fact, a clean energy storage warehouse will be built on the same site.
