Vila Paraíso Restaurante, in the Joaquim Egídio District, in Campinas, brings back its traditional Festival do Fondue. Served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, with two versions (with meat prepared in wine and the traditional one, with meat prepared in oil), the festival is a show.
At the Fondue Festival, the traditional dish of Swiss origin is served in two versions. Culinary lovers can choose the meat and wine fondue. This version is prepared in wine consommé (meat broth with wine), which makes it healthier and smoother, as well as giving the meat a special flavor. It comes with cheese, plus chocolate. Everything you want, with unlimited replenishment.
Another suggestion is the traditional foundue, with meat fried in oil, plus cheese and chocolate, also unlimited, with unlimited replacement.
The accompaniments for the meat and cheese fondues are diverse, such as filet mignon, artisanal breads – Italian and cassava – produced by Padoca do Vila -, vegetables au gratin, noisette potatoes and mustard, Madeira, mushroom and wine sauces.
For those who do without meat and cheese, but are chocolate lovers, the restaurant offers chocolate fondue. It is accompanied by sweets, such as churros, carrot cake sticks and fruits such as banana, grapes and strawberries. In this case, the fruits are replenished once.
The Fondue Festival at Vila Paraíso Restaurante is served for two people. In addition to the autumn novelty, the restaurant continues with its normal menu, including on Thursday nights, with Paella Night.
