The 37th CASACOR São Paulo edition will take place from May 21st to July 28th, at Conjunto Nacional, on Avenida Paulista. In a space of 9,000m² of built area, with 69 rooms, including houses, apartments, lofts, gardens, as well as spaces dedicated to artistic installations, gastronomy and shopping, the exhibition will occupy the building with an unprecedented configuration for visitors who will be able to discover the take a closer look at the architecture of the iconic modernist building designed by architect David Libeskind (1928-2024)

“From Present, Now”, the theme proposed for the 2024 edition, invites professionals, the public and every segment to reflect on how our daily decisions impact future generations – after all, we will always be someone’s ancestors.
To transform the theme and present a surprising exhibition, CASACOR invited a powerful cast, who will have the challenge of using creativity to respond to the complexity of this time.

The 2024 edition is full of renowned names in the market, such as Brunette Fracarolli, David Bastos, José Roberto Moreira do Valle, Leo Shethman, Rosamay Sampaio and Wair de Paula.
Deca, master sponsor of CASACOR, invited Rio de Janeiro architect Gisele Taranto to design this year’s environment. Portinari will bring to CASACOR São Paulo Melina Romano, who was already in charge of Casa Alma Duratex, in 2021. Also from Dexco, Duratex will have its environment created by Marcelo Salum from Santa Catarina, whose trademark is environments full of colors and Brazilianness .
LG will have three environments at the show. The first will be designed by Nildo José. Architects Letícia Nanetti and Fernanda Rubatino complete the team chosen to showcase the brand’s new technologies. Coral, in this edition, bets on the star Paola Ribeiro.

Always seeking to bring diversity of styles and cultures, the exhibition welcomes professionals from other Brazilian states. Aline Borges, José Navarro and Nathan Gil represent the State of Minas Gerais. Rio de Janeiro is present with Migs Arquitetura and Studio Roca. Romário Rodrigues is from Ceará and PA Arquitetos comes from Alagoas for the São Paulo exhibition. The southern region also guarantees its space with Gustavo Scaramella, from Paraná, Luciana Viganó, from Rio Grande do Sul and Luciana Bascheschi from Santa Catarina.
Interior of São Paulo
The interior of the State will also have a strong presence with projects signed by Cacau Ribeiro, from Ribeirão Preto and Paulo Azevedo, from Bauru. Carla Fellipi, from Santos and Gabriel Fernandes, from Praia Grande, represent the south coast of São Paulo.
International presence
Dividing his time between Bolivia and Brazil, Bolivian architect Eduardo Baldelomar returns to CASACOR São Paulo and is one of the guests at the edition.
Gastronomic spaces
To build some of the spaces dedicated to gastronomy, the CASACOR brings the expertise of Jhonny Vianna, who will design the famous Badebec restaurant, and Ju Matos, who inaugurates the participation of the renowned Italian Ristorantino. Flávia Burin and Bruna Monetti will bring life to the space of sweets maker Isabela Akkari and Gabriela Prado will be responsible for the ambience of Bar Caracol.
Returns
Returning to the event, the cast will also include architect Renato Mendonça, who made his debut in 2019 and is currently the presenter of the program “24 Horas para Decorar” on the pay channel Discovery Plus. Other returns include the group from ADVP Arquitetura, Bruno Moraes, Renan Altera, Felipe and Eloy Fichberg, Ana Wegee and Juliana Cascaes.
