VYSHNEV (KIEV) – 1.37 am: Kiev returns under Russian bombs. A sequence of “six missiles”, according to witnesses heard by Republic, hit a factory in Vyshnev, a suburb of Kiev very quickly. The attack is not accidental: it is the Kremlin’s first angry response to the sinking of the flagship Moskva, which was sunk in the Black Sea by two Ukrainian-made “Neptune” missiles.
