The XXIV Habano Festival began with the participation of more than 100 countries

The XXIV Habano Festival and Trade Fair opened today at the Havana Convention Palace with the participation of over 2,900 representatives from 108 countries. The event is an ideal space for business exchange and cultural celebration of the cigar industry, featuring 79 companies from 11 countries showcasing new products.

Organized by the Palacio de las Convenciones and Habanos SA, the fair is a major highlight of the festival, welcoming both new and returning companies from various countries. Key figures in attendance included government officials and industry leaders.

The festival will run until March 1st, with activities such as visits to tobacco plantations, cigar factory tours, the Habanos World Challenge contest, and keynote conferences. Also, special launches were announced for 2024 by Habanos SA, following a successful year of growth in 2023.

Participants and distributors at the event expressed excitement for the new products and experiences to be shared at the festival. The focus remains on providing consumers with unique and traditional cigar experiences.
