As announced, ‘Esto es Guerra’ premiered its summer season and Cristian Rivero as well as Katia Palma were the big surprises of the night and they will both share the show with Renzo Schuller and Johanna San Miguel.

Prior to his debut in the reality competition, Rivero ruled out that he had resigned from Latina Televisión to sign as host of ‘Esto es Guerra’ and assured that his contract had simply come to an end.
“Grateful for where I left (Latina TV) for where I am, my goal this year was to continue with the work issue and the invitation for this summer season came from Mariana from Pro TV and I loved the idea, it is a challenge on a professional level,” said the presenter.
When asked if he was surprised to be summoned as host of ‘EEG’, Cristian Rivero confessed that a few years ago he had conversations with Peter Fajardo, however, he found out that he would take over as host of the program five days ago.
“This happened very casually. I met Mariana (Ramírez del Villar) in a restaurant, she told me: ‘Hey, what’s going on in your life, what are you up to?’ I explained my situation and she told me let’s talk. The truth is that this was five days ago. It was all very fast,” said the driver, who added that she is happy to work with Katia Palma, Johanna San Miguel and Renzo Schuller.
