Thomas Kingston, the husband of Lady Gabriella Windsor (42), has died. He lived to be 45 years old.
The death is confirmed by Buckingham Palace, writes Sky News.

“The King and Queen have been informed of Thomas’ passing. Together with those who knew him, they will now mourn the loss of a much-loved family member,” says a spokesperson for Buckingham Palace.
Lady Gabriella is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, and is the great-granddaughter of King George V. She is 56th in line to the British throne.

Lady Gabriella usually works as a journalist and writer.
A statement from Kingston’s family read:
“Tom was an exceptional man who lit up the lives of those around him. His death came as a shock to the whole family and we therefore ask for peace to grieve”.

Kingston was found dead at an address in the English city of Gloucestershire on Sunday. The cause of death is not known, but according to Sky News there should be no suspicion that anything criminal has happened.
Earlier today, Prince William (41) canceled the memorial service for King Constantine of Greece. The memorial service was held in St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle this morning, but then without the British prince.
Cancels
The reason is said to have been “personal reasons”, according to the British news agency PA. Kensington Palace would not comment on whether Kingston’s death was the reason why Prince William canceled, writes Sky News.
Kingston and Lady Gabriella married back in May 2019. Among the guests at the wedding were Princess Kate’s (42) sister, Pippa Middleton (40) and her husband James Matthews (48).

Pippa is said to have been a guest at the royal wedding, as she and Kingston had a long-running flirtation back in 2011.
