Residents built snowmen and competed in snowball fights
(LaPresse) South Korea’s capital, Seoul, blanketed in snow on the final weekend of the year, with the heaviest rainfall recorded in December in more than 40 years. Challenging conditions for vehicles and pedestrians but many enjoyed the season’s recreational activities, such as sledding, building snowmen and engaging in snowball fights.
