- First aid kit: bandages, gauze, alcohol, pills, hydrogen peroxide, red aseptil, treatment pills for a family member
- Cash: preferably coins
- Shelter: fleece blanket and shoes
- Nonperishable food: still bottled water (½ liter), cereal bar, canned food, chocolates
- Communication articles: Battery-powered radio, flashlight, whistle or whistle, duplicate keys, photocopy of documents such as ID or insurance card
- Other articles: strong plastic bags, utility knife, work gloves, ropes, lighter, plastic for floor or ceiling, multipurpose adhesive tape, mat (floor mat) and masks.
- Specific articles: for female use, for babies and children and older adults.

- Stay calm and go to established safety areas.
- Caring for and keeping an eye on minors, the elderly and people with different abilities.
- Stay away from windows, exterior doors, walls, mirrors and glass.
- Keep distance from electrical cables and poles on the street.
