Twelve EU countries ask Brussels for a “wall” to stop migrants

A group of 12 EU countries calls on Brussels to strengthen border measures against migrants. Europe “needs to adapt the existing legal framework to the new realities”, such as the “exploitation of irregular immigration”, reads a letter signed by Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Slovakia.
