The game of Roma contra Udinese was suspended with just over 20 minutes remaining after athlete Evan Ndicka fell ill during the match.
At the time, the defender felt the discomfort alone while his teammates exchanged passes. When he was unable to stand upright, Ndicka fell and put his hand a little above his stomach.

Upon falling to the pitch, Ndicka was promptly treated by Roma’s medical department and had to leave the field on a stretcher.
The game was stopped so the athlete could be treated. After a shutdown for more than 10 minutes, the referee decided to end the confrontation.
