Vetle Sjåstad Christiansen fought back in a duel against Sebastian Samuelsson after the defeat in the WC relay last month. on Sunday he arranged the Norwegian triumph together with Juni Arnekleiv.

– It was on the hair, but it worked. I got to my free skating because I trained a lot in Holmenkollen. It was delicious, Christiansen told NRK.

Christiansen took a few extra skates over the special ball in Holmenkollen before the race itself. He thus gained much greater speed than the Swede and caught up the ten meters he was behind. He then had his long legs thrown in front of the goal.
