The results of the monitoring, conducted through the CheBanda users during 2023, testify to the concrete user experience of users and highlight the combination of download and upload speed with the quality of the service offered by Vodafone.

Vodafone score: With a score of 58,649 points, Vodafone ranks first, distancing Tim (38,651 points) and Fastweb (36,299) in second and third place respectively.
Vodafone speed: Vodafone proved to have the fastest network, with an average download speed of 63.1 Mbps for 4G and 183.0 Mbps for 5G.
User Contribution: Altroconsumo’s survey is based on over 16,300 users of the CheBanda app, which allows you to measure the quality of the operator’s mobile network. Consumers rated several parameters, including download and upload speed, browsing quality, and video streaming quality. In this survey, 5G technology was included in the overall evaluation of the mobile connection experience.

With almost 60,000 points in the ranking, Vodafone confirms itself as the best mobile network operator in Italywith excellent results for both 4G and 5G. Tim (38,651 points) and Fastweb (36,299 points) follow at a distance.. Fastweb achieves slightly better results than Tim for 4G, while Tim wins on 5G, achieving a better score than Fastweb.
The fourth and fifth positions in the ranking are occupied respectively by Iliad (28,131 points) and WindTre (25,438 points) who obtain identical results in 5G, while in 4G Iliad slightly surpasses WINDTRE.
