The Biscayan rock band explosion releases his second album on April 8 “And I Look”.
explosion presents us with the video clip for “Gaur ere”, a preview of his second album, “And look at me”, which will be released next Monday. The video clip has been recorded by #conserjedeluniverso, and features the collaborations of Ekhi and Baini from the groups Nevadah and Feline, respectively.
The video clip is just an appetizer of the second work of the Biscayan quintet, made up of eight songs with powerful and fun sounds in which, in addition to the aforementioned collaborations, it features Ane from the group Sua in another of the songs on the album. The recording was made in the Silver Recordings studio under the direction of Martín L. Guevara, providing the freshness that comes with recording live.
The adventure of explosion It began in 2019 with the help of five musicians from Zornotza and Ea: Asier Fernández «So» (Guitar), Asier Goikoetxea «Goiko» (Guitar), Ion Ander Agorreta «Txonan» (Bass), Aratz Longo «Aratz» (Drums) and Jonathan Santos «Melas» (Voice and keyboard).. It was then when the complete formation was presented to the public at the “Kantuz kantu” gala. After two years working on his debut album, in 2021 he publishes “Condor”, composed of seven rock songs, each with diverse themes and influences. Among his influences they mention groups like The Bellrays, Kuraia, among others. In April 2024 his second album finally arrives.
After the album’s release on April 8, the presentation concert on May 10 at the Rocket Room from Bilbao, along with the bands Kruddö and “Blanco y en Botella.
