[TheEpochTimesMarch192022](The Epoch Times reporter Li Jing reported) After the Russian army invaded Ukraine, the CCP official media reported a lot of “good news” from the Russian army. However, Wang Jixian, a Ukrainian Chinese, “reports safety” on WeChat and other platforms every day, but the Beijing authorities are afraid. Recently, Wang Jixian disclosed that all his mainland accounts had been deleted and that the authorities had put pressure on his parents.
On the evening of March 17, in Odessa, a port city in southern Ukraine, Wang Jixian from Beijing broadcasted the local situation in Ukraine as usual on his YouTube personal account. “The Ukrainian army is gradually regaining lost ground, and we have seen the dawn of victory,” he said.
Subsequently, Wang Jixian mentioned that all the mainland accounts under his name were officially deleted, including the only contact account for him and his family to report safety, and the only account for his parents to contact him was deleted. He also mentioned in the video that Beijing authorities had put pressure on his parents.
“(You) support the Russians in killing Ukrainians so much and fabricating lies is your usual style.” Wang Jixian said.
Since Russia invaded Ukraine, the CCP’s state media have republished a lot of news from Russian media, almost overwhelmingly reporting that the Russian army’s invasion of Ukraine is swift and violent, and the Russian army seems to have become a “justice”.
Wang Jixian said, “Why didn’t the people know about the sub-nuclear bomb (cloud bomb) that the Russian army threw at Ukraine a few days ago, what are you afraid of?”
“I didn’t pay attention to you, not because I was afraid of you. Do you think I’m afraid if you put pressure on me? Are you like Putin, afraid that after the people know too much the truth, they will start to wake up and not listen to your lies?”
He said, “You look through history. In Chinese history, what happened to those regimes that tried to control their minds and cover up the truth. You can officially declare that I am your enemy, but I will not kneel.”
“The Chinese constitution says citizens have the right to freedom of speech. Is there any legal process for your sanctions against me? I’m just a citizen of Beijing, a programmer working in Ukraine, a big country, why even one Programmers are afraid,” he said.
