While in Vilnius, Lithuania, NATO leaders meet at a summit, in Kiev on the evening of 11 July the anti-aircraft sirens sound. About 30 Russian drones were intercepted by Ukrainian anti-aircraft last night. In Kiev the first sirens sounded in the afternoon: it would seem that the Ukrainian radars have identified the presence of some lurking Russian fighters. The country is preparing for a difficult night, where fears of a Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital appear on a symbolic day in which President Volodymyr Zelensky talks with NATO leaders.
