AstraZeneca, possible link to rare thrombosis

“Rare events” of cerebral thrombosis “are very rare side effects” of the AstraZeneca vaccine. The EMA reports in a note. “The benefits” in any case “outweigh the risks,” the note continues. “Most of the cases reported so far” to the EMA “have occurred in women under the age of 60” and “within 2 weeks of the first dose” while the incidence of suspected cases after the second dose “is limited”.
