The Confederation of African Football (CAF) the day after the 34th CAN, communicated the dates for the 2025 CAN.

According to the governing body of African football, the preliminary rounds of CAN 2025 will take place from March 18 to 26, 2024. the first two days of the qualifiers will probably take place from September 2 to 10, 2024. However, the third and fourth days should be scheduled from October 7 to 15, 2024 while the last two days will be played from November 11 to 19, 2024.
Togo is exempt from the preliminary round
