New record of Covid-19 positives in a single day: over 893,000 according to the AFP news agency’s count at 12 Italian time. The previous record was in January and was 819,000 cases. The situation in India weighs on these numbers, which today recorded 346,786 new positives, which add up to the 333,000 of yesterday and in the last three days lead the country to touch one million infections.
