An eventuality towards which Draghi has always been very cold also due to the repercussions caused by the energy crisis and the war on the so-called “spread” at a time when the ECB is beginning to move with great caution. But the majority insists, and in the first draft resolution to the Def the government is invited, “if there is a worsening of the economic scenario and the available resources are not sufficient to guarantee measures to promote higher and more sustainable economic growth, as well as the support of households and businesses in evaluating the advisability of submitting a Report to Parliament pursuant to article 6, of law no. 243 », or a request to authorize a new budget variance. At the same time, our country, together with the other EU member states, should convince Brussels to review the Stability and Growth Pact and to act for the activation of an extraordinary European energy fund against expensive energy, also with a view to a more marked energy autonomy. .
Respect the Pnrr timetable
In the first draft resolution on the Def, the majority does not forget the PNRR. In particular, the government is invited “to fully implement, according to the established deadlines, all the interventions and objectives set by the NRP, strengthening the commitment of all the administrations and all the other subjects involved in the implementation of the Plan”.
Down taxes and collaboration on the fiscal delegation
According to the parties that support the executive, Palazzo Chigi should also take “adequate account” of the results of the fact-finding investigation by the Finance committees on the tax reform and it would be necessary to continue work on the fiscal delegation “in a spirit of full cooperation on an issue of such great political significance “. For the majority, “further intervention measures on the levy as a whole” would be desirable and the reform should be directed with the aim of simplifying the system and reducing the overall tax burden.
New installments for folders
That of the majority is an all-out pressing. As confirmed by the request to “define a new plan for the payment in installments of the collection of taxes relating to payment notices already issued which, allowing taxpayers a substantial deferral of payment for the sums still due, is therefore likely to favor financial stability conditions for families and businesses “.
The extension of the Superbonus
Among the priorities indicated in the first draft resolution on the Def there is also the extension of the Superbonus for single-family housing units and the request to dissolve the node of the 30% share of the works to be completed within the foreseen deadline, in addition to that of evaluating the possibility of splitting the credit transfer by amount and annuity.
