The picture shows Peng Yuyan’s portrait and name printed on the product packaging and posters. On June 2, 2021, Qingdao Zero Distance Company used the portrait of Peng Yuyan in the content of the article published on the WeChat public account “Zero Distance Fitness” for brand promotion of fitness sports watches. In the end, the court ruled that Peng Yuyan won the lawsuit on the basis of network infringement. Yijian Company, Letu Company and Qingdao Zero Distance Company issued an apology letter to Peng Yuyan, and compensated a total amount of about 313,000 yuan.
