Don Romeo Penon and the tabernacle of the church of Guia from which the hosts were taken away
In a parish church they took the hosts away, but in another tabernacle they opened in vain. Don Romeo Penon: “They did not steal the offers or anything else, the thieves had a specific goal”
VALDOBBIADENE. In the church of Guia the consecrated hosts were stolen. They also tried it in the church of San Gregorio, but there the tabernacle was empty. The diocese of Padua was informed of the incident, as well as the carabinieri to whom a complaint was made.
«A Guia have stolen the consecrated hosts, forcing the tabernacle – says Don Romeo Penon -. We do not know if it is some sect for black masses, certainly those who steal hosts want to harm our Christian faith.
