Yesterday, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) published a second report on Ukraine concerning war crimes committed by Russian soldiers in the occupied territories. This type of report tries to establish what really happened with cold investigations, when by now the wave of news and reports – which cannot be so complete because they are produced in much less time – has passed.
